I have a customer that has a Mitel 3300 MX controller with a ASU controller. Here is my issue the customer has an autoattendant answering the system pressing (2) transfer you to the sales group. What I need is to have 6-8 phones ring in the sales group. I have tried a hunt group but that only rings one phone. What I am looking for would be a all ring group. Does anyone have an ideal for me.

what level software is the 3300? the newer 3300's has a ring group feature, where you can ring all phones in the group at the same time

that verison does not have the ring goup option, time for a upgrade

Are the sales phones multi-line? Program a common key on all the phones, and point the calls to that key!
