Can someone help? Here what is happening when connecting to the system and logging in if you go the Mailboxes (50) form it comes back with an error 9.

That indicates that you have duplicate mailboxes in Form 50.
If you can't stay in form 50, try using the administrator's mailbox to delete the duplicates!
You should also try to get your software upgraded, that's been a known sympton since relase 2.

What mailbox would be duplicated. Or how wouuld you know going through the administrators mailbox.

Could be any of them. What version SW are you running? Admin mailbox is accessed by calling the VM huntgroup via a telephone.
