I have a customer that has a Mitel 3300 they are getting a Moajor alarm DSP Failure (Total 9) Unaviable 11%. Not sure what to do.

You need to power down, completly,, pull the power from the sytem, a reboot will not fix a DSP error Pull power plug, wait 20 sec's,, then power back up
