When a phone user puts their phone on DND, for example “out to lunch†when another phone calls the phone that is on DND, the calling party get the DND message but cannot read it fast enough because the called party is transferred to voice mail. Can I set up a timer so that the calling party has more time to read the called party’s message and give them an option to either leave a message into voice mail or transfer to someone else?

Pablo, any chance you could complete your profile? You've been asked before and you have been here for going on 6 years. (We hesitate to help those that won't help us by complying with our simple requests)

You need to edit the System Forwarding path for those stations. Go to System\Devices and Feature Codes\Endpoints (or Phones)\Specific Station\Forwarding Paths. You should see a forwarding path that is pointed to the voicemail pilot number. Click on it and uncheck 'IC Calls'.
