I have recently toggles between Lodging (107) and PMS (108) on the ICP, so now I am frustrated because I cannot duplicate the process on this EL LW19. If I have lodging then I should have PMS, or are they two different licenses? Thanks for any help.

You are out of luck!!
Toggling between lodging and PMS can only be done on the ICPs, not any of the EL/ML's.
You're going to need a new MOSS sheet from Mitel (good luck with that)!

Right. And each one has different options that are consistent with it, so changing 107--> 108 is only possible with the other options turned off... So, yeah, new MOSS / MOC / Options PW.

If it's still in use by the original licensee, Mitel should be okay with the upgrade, but otherwise (such as bought from eBay?), you're SOL.
