I heard Inntouch (Mitel Hospitality Dealers) went out of business.
When did this happen?
Does anyone know any details, I just tried calling and their toll free, fax and direct numbers and they are all disconnected.

I know they were in Memphis, and I think you right about Genesis.
I just tried Genesis and the number is disco'd also.

Word is that Genesis went through some personnel changes, Carol and Nathan are both either retired or moved on, and the company is currently reorganizing. That's what I've heard.

GENESIS COMM/INNTOUCH doors are definately closed...no one is there...no notice on front door, shipments to their address are being returned as 'undeliverable'.
I have been unable to contact any of the principals, this is strange as the Ownership has always operated professionally and responsibly for over 20 years.

Mick, Rick, Carol, Nathan and clan have all moved on. Too bad. Genesis was a great resource for all of us in the Mitel market. Downsizing and economicbamaproblems have pushed them to diversify. RIP Genesis, and thank you.

Carol sure knew a lot about telecom. Ranks up there with Pat from NTAC as far as I'm concerned.

just received notice of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy (debtor Genesis Communications Inc.) from Clerk of BK Court in Memphis. Creditors Meeting is August 29.
