I replaced my phone with a 5330 IP Phone. In the programming i made this phone an admin but do not see it display on the 5330. How do I add this to my phone to show it on the dispalay.

What does 'admin' mean? What are you expecting to see?

Admin as in Administrator. I used my phone to swap extensions.

To make a phone an administor you go to the extension and select flags and select yes for Admin. When I do that it should show the admin key on my phone but it doesn't

It doesn't show a key, Everthing admin is done by feature codes. If you have a 5340 if give you an admin key.

why is it the 8660 model shows the admin button when I select yes on the admin flags but for the 5330 phone it does not show up. Have you guys worked with this feature? Dou you understand what I'm trying to do? I'm not sure if I'm explaining myself the right way. Thanks for the feed back

Are you familiar with the legacy 8520 and 8560 keysets?
The 8560 display supports the additional feature keys, where the 8520 doesn’t. Same with the 5330 and 5340 sets.
