I have bought a Mitel SX200ICP from a bankrupt hotel auction, and wanted to use the system at my hotel, but I am not sure what the current set up is, but can I get a new Moss sheet and have it programmed to my needs? Also how many ASU or ASU II do I need to have 135 room extensions and about 10 back office extensions? Also can I use the current 9 ONS Line cards and 2 LS/GS Trunk cards from my current mitel SX 200D and add fewer ASU or ASU II?

Good luck with the software!! If you weren't the original owner, chances are Mitel won't even talk to you!!!
If you have a CX Controller, 2 ASU's, if it's an MX, 8 ASU's. You'll also need to make sure you have the proper quantity of Quad CIMs installed.

And Dual fim for the per node - if you plan on using the ONS cards - and you can only put 8 ons cards in a per node

Do you have a list of what you purchased? it would help to let you know what you can do with it.

Has anyone tried to log into the system to see what the setup and licensing is there? If not maybe you can find the dealer that installed it in that hotel.

If it is an ICP it won't lose it like the EL/ML.

Assuming all the hardware is good, yes you can reuse it with a new MOSS sheet.
You can buy a new decryption module and purchase the necessary software options from a Mitel Dealer. But, the package deals they offer would make it cheaper to start with a new controller and software.
You will need an EL style cabinet to use your existing cards and some CIM or FIM equipment.
And of course you won't have a warranty on the re-used parts.
