How do I change mailbox lenghts from 3 digits to 4 without defaulting voicemail and starting a new installation thru TUI.

That's the only way as far as I know that you can do that. You would have to delete and recreate the mailboxes anyway. The autoattendant greetings stay the same.

There used to be a software program called Express Manager that would allow you to connect to the serial port on the card and use an interface to program and back up the MEM card.
You used to be able to download it from Mitel.Com ...

I think you can still get the program at MOL but it won't do any good if you are changing the length of mailboxes.
From experience if you change the digit length of voicemail boxes, the unit will delete all existing mailboxes.
Had a tech give a customer the wrong level passcode and the customer wanted to change the length of the passcode and selected mailbox length instead and it killed all the mailboxes.
Lucky for him we had a backup.
