I have a client that has an SX-50 installed at their office, they randomly have an issue where they will pickup the phone the line will connect but when they start dialing out nothing happens. i've not been able to consistently recreate the issue and it seems to happen on all of their extension's my question would be does this point to a hardware issue with one of the cards?
Yes i may ask stupid questions, but hey i'm sorry i wasn't a guru out of the womb

Possibly, BUT have you checked ALL the trunks for operation? Also note that if they are using L/S lines, 'call crashing' may be a factor.
And 1 more ? Did they perhaps do away with 1 or more trunks while changing LEC's. Or because of the downturn in the economy?
