Just got a new PRI (set to DMS 100) to replace a D4 AMI T-1. We can make and receive calls fine but I want to send out different caller ID's based on the originating extension. Programmed the outgoing numbers and ranges and matching extensions with IMAT and saved to PRI card but it still only displays the main outgoing number.
Played with the digit stings in Form 22 but I get network intercept recordings or fast busies if I do any digit manipulation.
Did I miss something?
PS - Is there IMAT software for Windows XP SP2, I can't find it?

In your modified digits table, this needs to be in the digits to insert: ---------. The last --- only if you want the caller's name sent as well.

You need to make sure the carrier is allowing this and not automatically sending the main number out of their switch. What version of IMAT do you have. I have version 7.7.0.3 and it works great on XP SP3. Is the CO really a DMS100? I haven't seen one of those in years.

Thank you all. Alex - Yes we set the CPN. Steve- Spoke to the carrier already, they claim they are set up to allow the digits. Yes DMS 100 but carrier can change it. Is this a problem with digits? Found IMAT 7.5.1.2 does that work with XP? Rcaman - Tried that, as soon as we put any entry in the digit mod table we get a fast busy or call can not be completed recording. Played with many combinations.

I am pretty sure that version was what I was using before upgrading to the 7.7 and it was on XP.

------ would only be needed if doing call by call services. If it's fixed you may only want ------.

Miscelaneous technician level information removed. Remember gentleman, this info is available to anybody that stumbles into the forum! Generally, if it's not in the end user guides, it shouldn't be blatantly displayed here. Try to format the info in a manner that techs will understand without giving the info to unqualified readers! Mitel Tech, thanks for the tip. Back channel me when you see this stuff, sometimes it doesn't 'trip my trigger' so to speak!
