I have a Mitel 3300 running version 4.1 SP2. Phones are 5340s. Does anybody know how to remove Station Call Forwarding from an extension that has no hardware associated to it? We are going through a process where our workforce is going more mobile but we want to keep the voice mailboxes. If customers call the extension numbers directly, we want the call to reroute to a call center (I'm able to do this through Call Routing) where we can ultimately transfer the call to the mailbox if need be. The problem is if the phone is unplugged while being fwd to voice mail during the initial transition, calls continue to fwd directly to vm. The only way I've been able to reroute the calls in this case is to re-install the hardware to an extension and manually remove the fwding. Any other ideas?
