I'm having an issue forwarding a hunt group to VM. Someone deleted this hunt group and I cant figure out how it was setup to begin with. We have some DID numbers that are set in system speed dial to ring to a hunt group. The hunt group is 3599 and we have a mailbox 3599. The way it was setup was all calls to this DID number would ring to the mailbox which is an auto attendant. I cant for the life of me get the hunt group to ring directly to VM. I can add a station member and have it forward to VM and get to the auto attendant but I cant add the VM hunt group or any of the VM ports to the 3599 hunt group. I know I'm missing something simple here but my knowledge on this system is somewhat limited. Help!!

Create hunt group with no members. Call reroute always that number to VM.

I ended up adding 3599 to the telephone directory first and then I was able to call reroute always to the VM. Thanks!! :toast:
