Verify the accuracy of the E-mail Gateway configuration in Database Programming. An administrator e-mail address must be configured. The correct gateway address must be configured.
Each mailbox that wants to use forward to e-mail and has it configured as either “Forward Only†or “Forward and Copy†must have a valid e-mail address.

Thanks I found the error, my co-worker added a user to get vms in his email and had the forward and copy option in there but added the email to the Fax Delivery address instead of the Email Add for vms. Thanks.
