A client has a very old SX 200, and wants to extend the number of rings before going to voicemail on one specific extension. Is this something that can be done from the superconsole?

Call fwd rings are based upon a COS setting. You will have to put the ext in a new COS & make the setting. Yes it can be done from an SC1000.

It does require programming access. If you haven't programmed a Mitel, you might need to have a local Mitel Dealer come out. Mitel Technical Services, out of San Ramon, would be a good choice for you. If you go with them, ask for Phil Eddy.

If this an analog SX200, you may have problems getting support. If so, come back. And your options on the analog are 10, 20, 30, and 40 seconds. And the selection is system wide.
