Hi, please, i need some help, i need the software to configurate a 3300 cx. How i can know the ip addres of the ppbx, through a digital phone, or another way, thanks.....

You can find out the IP Address of the PBX by rebooting an IP Phone and watching the display. Or you can hook up a computer running Procomm or Hyperterminal to the 9 pin maintenance port and reboot the system and watch for te info there. 9600 8N1. Programming is through Internet Explorer with your computer on the same IP subnet as the system.

You can use the command "bootChange" at the procomm window, and just hit enter thru the fields, to find the IP also, this way you won't have to reboot the system

You can also unplug a display IP phone and watch it boot andit will show the IP address of the controller as well.

Username and password are required to get into programming through the IE interface. You may need to find whoever installed the system or worked on it last to get the login info.
