My customer had some networking issues looked into last week, and after the IT guy left, the customer's inbound caller ID changed for all callers. The users used to be able to have the name along with a telephone number appear in their display, now there is only the phone number, or in the case of a cell call, "wireless caller" is now displayed.
Any ideas?
I've asked the customer to contact the IT guy and get a detailed description of what he did.
They don't have access to the Mitel, so that much I was able to rule out.
Thanks in advance.

Describe your incoming voice line. Is it VoIP, by any chance? Or do you per chance share your T-1/PRI between voice and data?
