We have a customer with an SX200EL system. They want the receptionist to have her own voicemail box. The only phone she has is a SC1000. The console's extension number is 600, which people dial when they want to speak with her directly. Any ideas on forwarding the console's ext number, so it goes to voicemail with '600' as the extension number?

What type of voicemail? I know you can forward no answer for the LDNs on the console and I believe you can forward the extension itself via the tenant. What happens now if someone calls the console at ext 600 and she doesn't answer?

Do you have this figured out yet? My thoughts would be to create an analog extension 600 and loop it back to a co that always pointed to a LDN on the console. Notification still is an issue.

I you did attendant calls forwarded on no answer reroute to a *600 cfa station, then most everything ringing the console would go to mailbox 600 assuming it's MEM.
