whoever logged into the admin mailbox, dialed 1, which deletes the mailbox config, they used the admin password instead of the managers password

I second Xetatech. Had this happen on a MXM on an EL before the ICP came out. They wanted to administer their own mailboxes... So... we let them...

I agreed. I changed the two passcodes from the Mitel default, then I updated the paper procedure the Hotel follows as to use the Manager's passcode when re-recording the daily announcement.
