I have a customer that when calling from an outside line getting answered by the auto attendant dialing 211 (the managers extension) you gte silance if the phone is in use. If it is available it rings as it should. The user at 211 says they hear a camp on tione as they should but, the outside caller calling in thinks maybe they have been dropped because of the lack of ring...... is this a easy fix? She also thinks it is not forwarding to VM when in use, HOWEVER I have not tested that. I will be on site next week and a little insite before I go would help Thanks in advance Randy

MOH might cure the problem. Callers just need re-assurance. If there is a problem of not forwarding to VM, you might take VM setup/cancel away from the console.
