Hello,
I have a Mitel SX-50 MS55, and I am able to forward all outside calls to my cordless by press "NIGHT" and having them be forwarded to extension 309. How can I get in house calls to also be forwarded to the cordless? By in house I mean if a guest in my hotel dials 0 from there room phone, it rings on the unit. I would like it to ring on the cordless instead of the unit.
How can I make this happen?

You need to have the system programmed so the internal calls go to the cordless when in the night mode.

What mingo1964 said. Command100, Register 8. If that makes no sense to you, then do what Steve said.
