Do we have to get the RAM from Mitel? The price is way out-of-line with real world prices. Or do they have a specific spec which we aren't privy too? zi have a customer that bought an 3300 off a previous customer of mine which is still running 9.x.x.x sw and want to upgrade but the unit has 256k RAM.
Any suggestions besides MOL? LOL!

I had a tech support person tell me to go to Walmart to buy a harddrive for a 200icp one time.
Worked just fine
