Yea, everything works except DID calls.
Checked everything 10 times.
It will turn out to be something stupid.

Are you using the embedded voice mail? If you call the prime line, do the calls forward? Are the DID's pointed to the prime line? Are there any tenant restrictions that would disallow the connection? Are yo using 'split' call forwarding?

OK. I know what your problem is. This is going to sound wrong, but it works.
Remove option 709 from both the trunk and extension COS. Test the CF and report back.
If it works, I have an interesting story to tell.

Rcamanc - Eliminated 709. I think that did it. We are going on site tomorrow to verify.
I would like to hear your story?

Update from today's visit. All forwarding works for DID calls to voice mail but if a user forwards all call to an external number the DID does not follow. We took out 709 and that fixed the VM problem but now CFWD Ext. is a problem.

Option 709 is only referenced if you're using 'split' call forwarding. I advise people to stay away from that feature unless absolutely necessary.
