I've got an ICP at one location -- well, you know how, when any SX200 wants you to read the logs, it flashes the word "alarm" on the console? It seems that this makes the Front Desk folks nervous.
I've explained how to turn it off (function, alarms, F0 till it shows technical data, then quit out) but it just happens too frequently.
Has anyone found a way to disable the flashing alarm without disabling display of minor, major, and critical alarms?

The obvious answer is to fix the problem(s)!If it's "too expensive", start billing them for the service. As long as it's cheap, they'll hound you to death!

The alarms would still flash up on the screen but they would not be able to look at them.

Minor and major would still show. They would have to login to 'maintenance' in order to find out what was causing he alarm.
