Oh, and it can't be the night answer point or in a hunt group. I guess i need to know if you're trying to block calls or restrict the phone.

I just wanted to busy out a Phantom calling port so that it cant call out. If i set it for DND it will still be able to call other ports and 911.

Are you fighting a bad port on an ONS card, or trying to stop BOGUS 911 calls from active rooms.

In that case, give them their own COS that denies ALL C O access. If you're trying to figure out which ports, assign them extension numbers and pretty soon the ports will be known by the front desk, IF they write them down. Use number range that doesn't exist, like 580 and up. Assuming that doesn't conflict with the numbering plan.
