Does anyone have or know where to get the programming guide for this old switch. I need to program the phones to pick up Idle and ringing CO lines.
Thanks in advance

Are you by chance talking about a 616 (Mod Key) I've never heard of a EK1616.

No the box is actually a 1616 or so it is stamped on the lable plate manufactured in 1985.

I'm sorry I've worked on almost all the EK TIE systems (612,820,1236,1648,2260) But I can honestly say I have never seen or heard of the 1616. They made a EK1648 , that uses a laptop to program. They also made a Ultracom 1648 that used a DSS to program.

Is it a blue box? I bet it's an EK 616. Do you know what the part # is on the bottom of one of the phones that works on that system?

I agree with everybody. The only thing I can add---look for that 5 digit model number on any of the phones--(underneath). That will give a good indication as to what Tie system you are working on.

Gentlemen I appreciate all the feed back I checked the phones and the model number is as follows Tie (TCX 128100077 bar code) 86080 CX/CK 28 button speaker phone. The cabinet has EK 1616 on the lable plate the Back plane has 16x16 back plane assy# 028-553 stamped on it. That is all the info I can find on the system any help would be appreciated.
