I just took over an account, and they need some changes to their VM. Customer has no admin docs. How do I get into the programming mode and is there a pdf or nitsuko link for a programming manual. Thanks

Call the VMS then dial 72 that should take in so you can change the Instruction Message which is what the callers hear.

After dialing SA(72) prompt says invalid entry, it was offered as an option under help . Are all mailboxes admin capable? I tried this from ext 317. What am I missing?

Usually the admin box is tied to extension 301.

Ext 301 is the lead ext for the vm hunt group. I'll try it, but if I'm asked for a password then what. thanks

I'm having trouble with message notification. After setting the various parameters for out dialing in general and for my mailbox specifically, I can watch the system by monitoring the port activity and see that the system is going through the motions of dialing my cell phone but the call never rings my cell phone. Is there some switch or setting I may have overlooked that would cause this problem? Thanks!
