hello all. i have a customer with an onyx vs and it wont take the ra code for ring assignment in program 18. all the other stations do. i did default the system before i started. is there something i dont know. thanks dave

Not real familar with the Vs but I beleive it's pretty much the same as a DS01 as far as programming. I would check to make sure you have the correct circuit type for that extension. If it is programmed as an OPX module, it will not let you program ringing with prog 18 you will have to use Direct Terminate Night/Day feature.

I agree with JR. Can you tell that 306 is the same circuit type as the other stations.

i believe it is sense i did initialize the system. i have an onyx here i can play with. i will see if it does the same thing. thanks dave
