We have just been given a Nitsuko DM16 for our organization. I have 10 phones that came with it. I have requested manuals from "NEC" and they told me they would mail them to me. My biggest problem is this. I have one extension that is in a semi-public hall. I need to know how to limit its use ASAP. I only want that phone to access "line 2" and no "toll" calls. Is this possible? If so can someone tell me how to make it work?
