Hi.
Can anyone tell me which program I would use to route a trunk to a particular extensions.
Here is the situation.
Trunk #1 for all phones extensions Trunk #2 for fax extension(example extension 303).
I need to have the fax extension 303 included in Trunk #1 instead of trunk#2.
So basically I can use the same phone number(trunk#1) for phone and fax.
This is extremely easy to do in the Samsung system. Its in MMC 406 Trunk ring assignment which allows you to select a trunk then enter the extension or group you wish.
Can you tell me the Nitsuko program number that does this feature?
PLease let me know.
Thanks.

I would go a step further and get a fax detection box on the trunk in front of the co port on the KSU.
