Dear all,
Onyx VS with nvm-202, i've set up auto attendant and subscriber mailboxes everything works besides if i don't manually do a forward all calls busy/no answer on the extension vm will not pick up calls...it will ring and ring in a hunt mode for so long then back to the reception. i'm sure there's a way in the system programming to ensure vm will cover that extension instead of having the extension user to forward all the time...and for some reason that forward doesn't last long enough....lol....
