Hello, At my office, the pre-answer caller ID does not work. When there is an incoming call the Display says "call from voice mail" or something similar. Do you suppose the voicemail system is interfering with it? I tried to disable the automatic handsfree to see if that was the problem. But it didnt work.

Sounds like blind transfer is turned off on the DAT. Generally in the DAT <- I think in the voicemail (if you are using a CTL or NVM) you have to set the TRF to UTRF.

Thnx for the reply. As soon as i figure out what all those acronyms mean i will be sure to try that solution...
maybe if u get a chance u can give me more detailed instructions. Otherwise i will be here flipping through the manual.
