Ok ive gotten a couple users telling me that either thier name isnt on the directory or its the wrong name. is command 0502 the one that changes the name on the menu? I cant imagine the system being able to speak a name based on something i enter as text into the phone. Sory if this is a dumb question.

if you are referring to Dial by name directory in VM, then the Names in the Voicemail need to be updated.
