Hi, my company finally hired a receptionist so we dont need the automated answering thing during working hours. So i need to learn how to turn it on and off so i can teach her how to do it. Thanks

I am assuming you have an "i-series".
Anyway if you don't have different day and night buttons and different ring groups for the different modes then you will have to have someone come in to program it.
