If there is silence, 9 times out of 10 the installer should have marked the input pair on the cross connect. These usually units ship with a internal melody enabled.
It may be neccesary to remove the cover and check which ddk connector is plugged into the cpu. If you look real close it says MOH

Can someone help me program a Nitsuko 124i/384i phone? Specifically I'm looking to change the contrast settings. If anyone has a manual they could email me, that would be great too.

Contrast?
Well that is easy, From the idle phone you wish to change the diplay contrast on, use your volume up/down keys. If this doesn't work then the phone version is too old.
