Hello, I use a Nitsuko 124I phone system. We have seven phone lines that come into the system on to different lines. Awhile back, I fixed one of the lines to forward to a cell phone when it rings. I though I remembered how I did that but I can't and I can't find it in the manual. Can you tell me how to turn off or cancel the fixed call forwarding off premise.

At the station press CALL *4
Dial 6 plus HOLD
Press SPK

See if that does it.

Thanks however that doesn't work. Also, I have now managed to break the ability for each extension to call and check their voice mail. before, we could push our programmed voicemail button and it would go to our voicemail box, now it goes to the main extension, 301. When I try to go back and program the button to ring voicemail, it still goes to 301? [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]

I sounds like it's time to call in a tech.

I'm not trying to be rude but it sounds like you are getting yourself into more trouble the more you try an program it. So I would stop and get a tech out there.
