We installed the windows programming application recently, but are having difficulty uploading the programming after making changes. We are getting the error:
"Acknowlege never received. Aborting update"
If anybody has experience with this program and has come across this error, any feedback would be appreciated. I've heard both good and bad about this program...what's the real deal?
