Can't recall the model, going there Monday. Its the big heavy model haha. Anyways customer says when dialing out the display shows correct number but dials something else. swapped out station card, and phones no change. called today to say another ext. on another card was dropping calls.

might also want to put a digit grabber on the line to see if it is in fact sending the wrong signals .

HAd similar problem on a 124i just recently. 1 extension was limited to 1 line (tenant setup) whenever any number dialed, always went to a particular number. Telco was the problem.

System is an Onyx 4, 2 days ago I was able to get in via 9600, today the only thing that seems to "work" is 300 baud. and it just scrolls BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB never ending. I cant break it. I have tried all Baud rates. RESET THE CARD THINGS SEEM TO BE OK NOW, THNAKS ANYWAYS.

It may be the COM Card is on its way out. I have a couple of COM cards in stock (used). Let me know if your interested.
