Hi,

I have a Nitsuko DX2NA-32SYSTEM and a NVM-2e. Currently when one of our four incoming lines rings it is sent to the auto attendant. If the caller dials '0' extension 302 will ring, and if within two rings it isn't answered it will begin ringing on two other phones, extentions 303 and 304. Can anyone tell me how I can add an additional extension to this?

I don't have access to the PC program, but am comfortable working with the database manager and system administrator menus using a handset.

Can anyone offer any guidance?

in cmd 0919 set another irg group for that trunk,if it is set note down the irg no,
in cmd 0909 for that irg group enable the port no for ringing in no answer condition.
