Would you like to ask for help or just ask for death?

death would be nice, but I'd settle for help.
We have 2 different carriers into this thing.
US LEC on a channel bank into the CO cards, and PAETEC into the T1 card (dual). Both are being disconnected. When it happens the users cannot place any outgoing calls either.
I am pretty firm in my belief that it is not a carrier issue, but I wont rule anything out completely.
Is there anything special I should know about using a T1 card in this thing? It's a dual cabinet system if that helps any.

I would check for a slipping T1 or dropping in this case. T1 slippage in a digital system...yes even a dinosaur like the Onyx..can cause absolute grief. ANytime you have a phone system slaved to a circuit it affects everything..especially if you don't have a secondary clock source to reroute.
