I can see in the manual, that users can change their own programmable buttons on their phones. They can do this by Pressing Call1 and then dialing 851 then press the key and then the code. Problem is, I can't get the button to save, or delete a previously programmed button.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

David

To delete a key :
Call 1
851
(press the key you want to program)
0000

Reasons you can't program a key
1) The key already exists. A common cause is when you put say a 22 button phone where a 28 or 34 button phone used to be. Just because you can't access the key doesn't mean that its still not there in programming.
2) You are trying to program a feature that you can only have at a certain phone. For example Day and Night keys usually can only go on a reception phone.
