Hi all,

We have a Nitsuko dx2na-32 phone system, and one of our users has thrown himself into "DnD ALL" mode.

Since we do not have the manuals, can someone please give me a quick walk through on how to disable DnD mode from his particular phone?

Thanks

Is it a phone with line keys, a single line telephone, or an analog set?

With a feature phone, you should be able to press "DND" "0" (That's the DND key followed by the number zero) to turn off DND.

If it's a single line phone, or an analog set, I believe there's a service code you can dial, but I'd have to look up what that code is.

Hi eric, thanks for responding.

I actually have more information. We did try the DND 0 but it didn't do anything. I am remotely walking this person through this, so please bare with me smile .

Here is the display on the phone:
Forward B/NA >> Voicemail

The DND light constantly flashes as well.
The phone's part number is Nitsuko 92573.

Thanks.

Try to cancel call forwarding with *20. (You may have to add a 2 to the end to specify all calls)

Just for the record, the default DND service code is 847, so 8470 will turn off DND.
