Hello Techs,
I have a Portrait 824 and have just installed a couple of extensions. That went fine after I ordered the right connection adapters. The extension came up good ;however one of the extensions I do not have line ringing. What is the procedure to cause all lines to ring on all phones. The ext numbers are not important to this client, but they do want all lines to ring. I am Avaya Certified and haven't had the pleasure on working on Portrait Systems. I know I have to to ext 10 to do this. What web site can I go for porgramming?
