I acquired the Nitsuko 124i system. The installer says he needs the floppy disc or CD which did not come with the system. Where can I get one for this system?

There is a program to program the 124i but it can also be programmed from the phone and if the 124i doesn't have a lapb he's kinda out luck using the program. I would be leery of ANY nitsuko tech that doesn't have this program(s) depending on version. This program is avaiable to any certified nitsuko tech on the website in the download section.

I would also be leery of any "tech " asking the customer for the docs.
sounds to me like he is not familiar with the system and is asking for the install manuals .
