We inherited an 384i and have a dss on 301 and 327. the problems: the 301 station doesn't display it's station number on the display; the 327 station only recieves calls in night mode.

Looking for some assistance to resolve... i do have some documentation jus not sure where to start. THANKS!

I seemed to have corrected the 301 id problem in 0502 and the calls to 327 come in but 3 ring delays? any ideas?

327 may have a multiple directory key that is ringing.

or trunks could be DIL no answer to 327
