I am attempting to do two types of forwarding.
1: Forward all calls to another extension, from the operators console. (ext: 300)
2: Forward all calls from extension 300 off premise.

I have set up this system to allow forwarding int the COS. However, I have not had any success doing this as of yet.
The manual says to press intercom, dial # and then 9 i believe, but when I do this I get a display of DSS Select 6,9,.8. And calls do not forward.
The system is an ONYX VS Hybrid.
Thank you.

UPDATE:
With a bit more studying of the manual, I was able to get this system to forward internal calls, however, I cannot forward trunks off premise.
Is there also a way to forward trunks off premise when the system is in night mode?

I am aware that it can. According to the manual this is done with a (PGM)# key and then a 1 the line you want to use for forwarding off premise, and then the number.
This does not work.

WAIT:
After reading what you wrote, maybe I am doing something else wrong.......
I am looking to forward the trunks from the operators console to off premise.
Can this be done with the Night Mode button?
