We have an older Nitsuko NVM 202 Voicemail, the Tech who set this up is no longer with the company, and we need to be able to get in and make changes. Trouble is, we dont have the password.. Was there a factory default? or a way to reset?

There is a factory default that we cannot divulge on the net. If its NOT the factory default you have to send the hard drive or unit back to CTL to get it fixed. Best odds if it isn't default is call the guy.
