Have a customer with a DS01 system and a NVM 202 mail. They have been using the AA only during the night ( by pressing DND on extension 300 ) and letting the phone ring durring the day. They would now like it to ring live during the day mode but have the AA pick up after a certain number of rings. Probably 4-5 rings. I can't see how to do this. They are holding onto this system for dear life, it's over 10 years old and they are looking for some help. I appreciate any support given. Thanks in advance. If the answer is too technical for the open forum please send it in a PM Thanks.

The system does have an Aux card in it. The voicemail is running off of an OPX card which you probably know. Thanks for the response Skip.

Any ideas? I need to give this customer a call and let them know ya or nay. I have the manual but can't seem to find a way to accomplish this.
