I have a 124i Ver5.04, and a nvm2e ver2.01. Set up several department lead #s in the 200 range, also customized the default mailbox's in the nvm for the 200 range. can't find anything in the manual about setting up message center so unanswered calls can go to a department Mailbox, and also to have retrieval keys on all department extensions.I did set the mailbox's to be screened xfer, and modified the rings to answer for 20 sec before being pulled back to the department box. any input is truly appriciated.

Hello tjmac68, There are a couple different options depending on how you have it set up. If you have dept. groups setup then you just need to make the dept. group pilot number the same as the voice mail box/extension number and just put a voice mail button on each phone that you want to have a msg waiting indicator. if you are using virtual extensions its the same way match vm box numbers and virtual extension numbers and if you have 2 or more virtual extensions on one phone and would like a voice mail button for each just program a voice mail button for the virtual extension number Hope this helps
Thanks, Daniel
