Does anyone know how to connect music on hold to this phone system? Does it even have music on hold capabilites. I have pictures if you need to see them.

yes MOH is available you really need to have it installed by a trained tech to avoid the possibility of system damage
if you don't have a current vendor check the installers link at the top of the page here

He is right in order to keep from damaging your system, it would be in your best interest to find an NEC/Nitsuko Tech.
